Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Surgical intervention is usually required for type III/IV avulsion fractures of the inferior insertion of the anterior cruciate ligament. Arthroscopically assisted suture-bridge technique with anchors and trans-tibial tunnel pull-out suture fixation using high-strength sutures are currently common surgical methods. However, the biomechanical performance of anchor fixation and transosseous tunnel pull-out fixation is suboptimal. For patients with high sports demands or those who need to return to competitive sports early. It is crucial to ensure the stability and a good range of motion of the knee joint. To this end, we adopted the trans-tibial tunnel pull-out suture-bridge fixation technique. It can provide satisfactory anatomical reduction, increase the contact area of fracture fragments and fixation strength, and achieve better biomechanical outcomes.
