Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
ABSTRACT Barrett's esophagus (BE) and achalasia are distinct esophageal disorders with opposing pathophysiologic mechanisms, making their coexistence exceedingly rare. We describe a 51‐year‐old woman who presented with progressive dysphagia, postprandial vomiting, and significant weight loss over 8 months.
