Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

<h4>Objective</h4>To examine how authentic leadership influences the nursing practice environment in a multihospital system.<h4>Methods</h4>A cross-sectional assessment of 431 nurses across 7 hospitals used validated leadership and work environment measures. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.<h4>Results</h4>Leadership behaviors explained up to 45.8% of nurses' perceived leadership support and were associated with participation, staffing perception, and collaboration.<h4>Conclusions</h4>Authentic leadership is a strategic lever to improve workforce stability, engagement, and care outcomes.
