Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
We all know that these are times of great change. The last decade (and probably the decade before that) has seen an unending succession of Acts, White Papers, guidelines and directives. GP fundholding has come and gone. Primary care groups have been replaced by primary care trusts. Nurse prescribing has become part of the nursing landscape. The emphasis in primary care is increasingly on prevention rather than cure, on maintaining people at home rather than rushing them off to the hospital.
