Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This study aims to analyze the influencePerceived Organizational Support (POS) on job satisfaction and performance of non ASN employees at Wuluhan Community Health Center. Non ASN employees have an important role in health services, but face limited welfare and high workloads. The study population consisted of 77 employees. A purposive sample of 37 non ASN employees was selected based on predefined inclusion criteria, namely employees with non ASN employment status who had worked for at least one year and were actively working during the data collection period. Total sampling was not employed because the study specifically focused on non ASN employees who met these eligibility criteria, while the remaining employees did not fit the research objectives. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed through classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The findings indicate that Perceived Organizational Support positively influences job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee performance and serves as a mediator in the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational support to improve both job satisfaction and the performance of non ASN employees.
