The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive theoretical justification for the organizational and economic mechanism as one of the fundamental instruments for ensuring the successful rehabilitation of enterprises operating under conditions of economic instability, market uncertainty, and increasing external and internal risks. The relevance of the topic stems from the need to strengthen the financial stability of business entities and increase their ability to respond promptly to rising economic risks.The methodological basis of the work was analysis and synthesis, the systemic approach, the structural-functional approach, comparison, logical generalization, scientific abstraction, and elements of comparative institutional analysis. and structural-functional approaches, as well as comparison and generalization. The use of the specified methodological tools made it possible to comprehensively investigate the structure of the organizational and economic recovery mechanism, establish the interdependence, and determine its functional purpose.As a result of the article, the essence of the organizational and economic mechanism for enterprise rehabilitation as a complex system of interconnected organizational, financial, economic, legal, informational, and analytical components was clarified. Such tools include debt restructuring, refinancing, cost optimization, attracting investment resources, modernization of production processes, improvement of corporate governance, digital transformation of management activities, diversification of sources of financing, reorganization of the enterprise and implementation of modern management approaches.The importance of the results in practice is obtained in the possibility of using the formulated theoretical provisions and systematized tools during the development and implementation of programs forthe financial recovery of enterprises. The proposed approach contributes to increasing the effectiveness of management of rehabilitation processes, restoring financial balance, strengthening financial security, and more effective use of resource potential.
