Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Preservation and restoration of health in recent years is a priority issue. Since over the past 5-10 years, society has faced colossal adversity, which is important not only for the population of Ukraine but also for the whole world. So today, the challenges are both the health of the population itself and the fight against Covid 19, military operations in Ukraine and the east. But we draw attention to the problems of Ukrainian society. So recently, in addition to the identified problems, Black out has also been added, especially this was observed in winter. According to the authors, the main component in solving the preservation and restoration of health can be recreational components, which in terms of content can be applied - firstly, at any time of the year; secondly, they can be performed as part of a group or alone (individual); thirdly, they can be performed in your own apartment (house), gym, swimming pool or in the bosom of nature; Fourth, recreational activities can have both easy and complex forms of loads; Fifth, they can become, as it were, a psychological relief for anyone. It has been established that this issue is being studied by countless scientists from various fields, namely physical culture and sports, psychology, medicine, biologists, sociologists and others. The purpose of this study was to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the use of recreational facilities in the everyday life of different population groups and to develop recommendations in accordance with modern challenges. Modern conditions necessitate a rethinking of approaches to preserving the mental health of the population through recreation, regarding the selection of physical or other forms of physical activity and focusing on one's conscious choice of emotional state, which helps to cope with stress or prepare for certain events of the present.
