Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Migraine is a chronic disease with a genetic predisposition, the main symptom of which is an intense headache. Diagnosis and therapy of migraine has some difficulties, so results of it is a late detection of the disease at the stage of its chronic form, which is difficult to treat with standard treatment. The clinical case in question clearly demonstrates the difficulties of diagnosing and treating chronic migraine, the need for an integrated approach in the management of such patients, need to raise awareness of the disease and increase patient treatment adherence.
