Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
The article provides an analytical review of coping strategies and communicative competencies among medical professionals working in the field of oncology. The role of professional communication in the doctor-patient relationship as a factor affecting the psychoemotional state of both parties is examined. The main models of interaction and typical patterns of coping behavior among medical professionals under conditions of chronic stress are analyzed. The article identifies a contradiction between the need for psychological support among patients and the insufficient preparedness of oncologists to provide it. The article substantiates the need for specialized training programs to optimize coping resources and prevent emotional burnout.
