Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Adverse events that occur during basic drug therapy of patients with mental pathology are divided in accordance with the characteristics of the pharmacological action on the central and autonomic nervous regulation, as well as the sensitivity of peripheral organs to pharmacoinduced changes in metabolic processes in the body. All basic therapy agents are capable of inducing specific adverse effects associated with the pharmacodynamics of synaptotropic action on the central and autonomic nervous system and nonspecific reactions from individual intolerance to severe systemic complications: from mild variants (serotonin syndrome) to fatal consequences with the development of multiple organ failure (malignant forms of neurolepsy and hyperthermia). Adverse effects associated with dysfunction of peripheral organs are poorly understood, occur sporadically and probably have a genetic predisposition to increase sensitivity to psychotropic drugs.
