Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Breast cancer (BC) ranks first among malignant diseases in women worldwide, remaining a significant medical and socio-economic challenge. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive and biologically heterogeneous subtype of BC characterized by the absence of estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 receptor expression. Despite considerable progress in the diagnosis and treatment of TNBC, there is currently an upward trend in morbidity and mortality rates, which is associated with the aggressiveness and heterogeneity of this tumor type. The available data on the morphological and molecular genetic characteristics of TNBC determine the tumor's response to chemotherapy and the outcome of the disease. The article presents an overview of modern scientific literature covering the stages and strategies of drug therapy for TNBC.
