Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?

<h4>Background</h4>The increasing frequency of disasters underscores the need for nursing professionals to possess comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of disaster management. This study identified the views of experts on how to enhance the educational level of nurses in disaster situations.<h4>Method</h4>This study used a conventional qualitative content analysis design. Purposive sampling was employed to recruit 21 experts and disaster managers in Iran between February and April 2025. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, which were audio-recorded with participants' consent, transcribed, and analyzed.<h4>Results</h4>The analysis of the findings identified one main theme: "Desirable educational level of nursing manpower for disaster and emergencies," which included improving nurses' educational level before, during, and after disasters and emergencies.<h4>Conclusion</h4>The results of this study will assist health care administrators in preparing nursing staff for potential future emergencies.
