Aim: This study aimed to investigate the impact of Positive Psychotherapy (PPT)-based training on nursing students’ negative automatic thoughts and life effectiveness.Material and Method: A randomized controlled pretest-posttest experimental design was employed with 67 nursing students studying in a provincial city in Türkiye. The experimental group received eight sessions of PPT-based training, while the control group did not receive any intervention.
