This study examines patterns of child sexual abuse (CSA) victimization in Colombia through a developmental victimology framework. The primary objectives were to identify distinct victim typologies, determine which factors most strongly differentiate these typologies, and assess their temporal and geographic stability. Using latent class analysis, 27 405 forensic medical examination cases from Colombia’s National Institute of Legal Medicine (2015-2023) were analyzed in Bogotá.
