Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
The first part of this article introduces the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model and describes the processes regarding its selection and implementation on a mental health ward for older people including the findings and reflections regarding this pilot. The second part of this article reflects on the process engaged in to introduce Positive Approach to Care (PAC®) on a dementia ward for older people with the hope of equipping the team with knowledge and skills to support behaviours that challenge (BtC). Finally, both authors offer a shared reflection on their experiences of implementing a change process onto two separate wards in two separate organisations.
