Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with persistent erythema, telangiectasia, papules and pustules as the main manifestations. The course of the disease is often prolonged and repeated, and often accompanied by anxiety, depression and other emotional disorders. External application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of rosacea has the advantages of mild and safe, can directly affect the location of the disease, multi-target regulation, and significant curative effect. This paper systematically reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of rosacea in TCM, external application forms of TCM, medication rules, modern mechanism research and the progress of multimodal combination therapy, and analyzed its molecular mechanism from the aspects of anti-inflammatory, neurovascular regulation, anti proliferation and barrier repair, aiming to provide new solutions for the safety and recurrence problems existing in western medicine treatment. In the future, it is necessary to establish standardized syndrome differentiation and treatment schemes, carry out high-quality multicenter randomized controlled trials, deepen mechanism research, and develop external preparations of TCM with dual effects of anti-inflammatory and emotion regulation, so as to achieve the same treatment of body and mind.
