This study aims to examine the relationship between Employee Engagement and Environmental Sustainability in the workplace, specifically within the College of Health Technology, Calabar. The research covered all departments. The population of this study comprised of 350 teaching, non-teaching and contract staff from selected departments 230 were male and 120 were female, Simple random sampling technique was used to select 127 male and 95 females from the total population of 350 staff given the total sample size of 222. The questionnaire was designed to obtained data from the three sub-independent variables. Data from the research questions were analysed using simple percentages, descriptive statistics and mean scores. The findings revealed that the roles, strategies, and benefits of Employee Engagement significantly impact Environmental Sustainability in the workplace. The data showed a clear correlation between higher levels of employee engagement and improved environmental practices and policies within the organization. These results underscore the importance of fostering employee engagement to enhance environmental sustainability efforts in the workplace. The study recommends that management develop motivational policies to address issues of inadequate employee participation and ensure sustainable organizational practices in Cross River State, Nigeria.
