Vollständiger Abstract
Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This study examines the effects of work discipline and motivation on midwives' job performance at a community health center in Indonesia. A quantitative research design was employed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships between the independent variables and job performance. The study involved 50 midwives selected from a population of 100 employees. The findings indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on job performance, while motivation has a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, work discipline and motivation jointly have a significant influence on midwives' job performance. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.449) indicates that 44.9% of the variation in job performance is explained by work discipline and motivation, whereas the remaining 55.1% is attributable to other factors not included in the model. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee motivation and implementing effective human resource management practices to improve the performance of midwives in community health centers.
