Objective: To assess iodine status in adults with euthyroid in Aydın province using spot urinary iodine concentration (UIC) and the urinary iodine-to-creatinine (I/Cr) ratio and to evaluate the relationship between serum thyroglobulin (Tg) and iodine status.
