Worum geht es in dieser Arbeit?
This article examines the socio-psychological characteristics of shaping legal consciousness and legal culture among youth, the mechanisms of attitude formation towards laws, and methods for preventing legal nihilism. The paper highlights the role and importance of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors in enhancing legal literacy among young people. Furthermore, it analyzes the impact of educational institutions, the family environment, and the digital information space on an individual's legal worldview. Practical recommendations aimed at fostering prosocial behavior and improving delinquency prevention are also developed.
