Administration is undergoing a transformation driven by advances in automation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence. Processes that previously depended on manual controls and repetitive tasks are being replaced or complemented by tools capable of organizing information, optimizing activities, and supporting decision-making. This article presents a reflection on the transition from traditional management to more intelligent management, highlighting that the adoption of technology, by itself, does not guarantee efficiency. True progress occurs when automation, data, and artificial intelligence are integrated with well-structured processes and human knowledge. In this scenario, the role of the administrator also changes, with greater emphasis on skills such as critical analysis, strategy, leadership, and decision-making ability. It is concluded that intelligent management does not represent the replacement of professionals by technology, but rather an evolution of Administration based on the combination of technological resources, reliable information, and human judgment.
