Secondary haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis in blood malignancies. The multicentre retrospective study
Haemophagocytic syndrome (HPS) or haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis is a reaction of severe but ineffective inflammation. Blood malignancies (BlM) are among the frequent causes of HPS in adults.
