Congenital haemangioma (CH) is a rare vascular tumour that is fully formed at birth and does not undergo postnatal proliferation, distinguishing it from the more common infantile haemangioma. We report a case of a male infant born at 35 weeks’ gestation with respiratory distress and a pedunculated mass over the left side of the chin.
