Case Report: Safety and efficacy of tarlatamab for SCLC in a liver transplant recipient
Tarlatamab is a bispecific T-cell engager used for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Patients with a history of solid organ transplantation carry an elevated risk of malignancy yet are excluded from most clinical trials. We report the first case of Tarlatamab use in a liver transplant recipient with SCLC, resulting in marked tumor response and a favorable safety profile without evidence of graft rejection.
