Abstract Aims Sodium–glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors improve outcomes in heart failure (HF) across the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) spectrum, but patients with severe valvular heart disease have been excluded from pivotal trials.
