Synchronous Carcinomas of the Endometrium and Fallopian Tubes Presenting with Recurrent Pyometra
A BSTRACT Primary malignancies of the fallopian tube are rare, and the simultaneous occurrence of cancers in both the endometrium and fallopian tube is even more uncommon. These synchronous tumors can present with nonspecific symptoms, making diagnosis challenging, especially in postmenopausal women.
