Computational Oncology of Chemotaxis-Driven Tumour–Immune Spatial Patterning and Stability
We develop a reaction–diffusion–chemotaxis model for spatial tumour–immune–chemokine dynamics that couples logistic tumour growth, immune-mediated killing, chemokine-dependent immune recruitment, chemotactic migration, and signal production.
