Population aging and the rising burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) place sustained pressure on health systems. In this perspective, I argue that muscle health—muscle mass, strength, and physical function—should be recognized as an explicit and prognostically distinct target within policies for healthy aging and NCD prevention. За результатами проведеного дослідження встановлено, що переважна більшість (83,12%) опитаних демонструє різні рівні тривожності – від легкої до вираженої форми. Найчисельнішою є група з легкою тривожністю, що вказує на наявність адаптивних механізмів подолання стресових ситуацій, а також на здатність респондентів до функціонування в умовах помірного стресу.
