ABSTRACT Background Accurate preoperative glioma grading and molecular subtyping are important for treatment. The vascular microenvironment promotes tumor progression. A noninvasive screening tool capable of mapping tumor vascularity may assist in preoperative grading and subtyping of gliomas.
