Penile metastasis from prostate adenocarcinoma is an exceptionally rare manifestation of advanced disease. We report the case of a 64-year-old man with biopsy-proven prostatic adenocarcinoma (cT3bN1M1, Gleason 4+4=8), diagnosed in 2020 with an initial PSA of 122.85 ng/mL. Two Cases of Solitary Corpus Cavernosum Metastasis From Prostate Cancer Detected by 68Ga-PSMA PET Imaging

Solitary corpus cavernosum metastasis from prostate cancer is extremely rare, particularly as an isolated nodular lesion. We report 2 patients who developed rapid prostate-specific antigen (PSA) elevation following radical prostatectomy without prior evidence of metastatic disease. 68 Ga-PSMA PET revealed isolated PSMA-avid nodules in the corpus cavernosum (SUV max : 4.46 and 22.46, respectively).
