Internal Root Resorption in a Previously Endodontically Treated Maxillary Molar: Nonsurgical Retreatment With Cold Ceramic
ABSTRACT Internal root resorption in a previously endodontically treated maxillary molar is an exceptionally rare finding. This case demonstrates that CBCT is essential for accurate lesion characterization, and obturation with Cold Ceramic yielded a favorable short‐term radiographic stabilization at 15‐month follow‐up in the nonsurgical retreatment of IRR; longer‐term follow‐up is required.
